Legislation to “legalize” Parking Protected Bike Lanes has been introduced in every session since 2017. Each time, it has passed the Pennsylvania House with overwhelming bipartisan, and even unanimous support.

Communities across the Commonwealth have spoken up. Thousands of residents have signed petitions. Municipal planners, engineers, mayors, and local officials have all said the same thing: they need this change to build safer streets.
