Attend the 2026 Statewide Active Transportation Summit and meet other Pennsylvanians, see examples of work underway, and discover ways to bring active transportation improvements to your town or city.
The keynote speaker, Barkha Patel is the former Director of Infrastructure in Jersey City, NJ, and will speak on how to optimize existing infrastructure in order to better meet community needs. Jersey City not only committed to eliminating traffic fatalities, but achieved it!

The summit itself will take place in Harrisburg at the Rural Electrical Association building at 212 Locust Street. The location is in the center of the city, three blocks from the Capitol Complex, one block from the downtown bus transfer center, and four blocks from the Amtrak station.
On summit day, you’ll have plenty of options to learn and connect, with workshops ranging from ebike policy to walking and biking tours of Harrisburg.
